Medicines

We would like to inform in good time everyone attending the conference that, according to the medical section of the UAE Embassy in Washington, DC, there is a new requirement for documenting prescription medications to enter UAE. As such, anyone traveling to the conference will need:

1. A pharmacy printout of all medications taken
2. Something generated from their doctor listing the medications and why they have been prescribed
3. Authentication from an official from your home government for any medication that is a controlled substance
4. Only enough medication for your intended stay

In case you have any further questions, it is advisable that you contact the UAE Embassy in your country.
